Shipping

How much is the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping on all orders. Your items will be delivered directly to your address via our partnered couriers.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may vary depending on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Celadon is not liable for such fees.

When will my order be shipped?

Products in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. If the item is a pre-order, it will be shipped on the date specified on the product page.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier, usually between 2–14 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.


Payment & Orders

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Our inventory is updated regularly. If the item you wish to purchase is unavailable, you can either place a pre-order (if available) or join our waitlist to be notified once it’s back in stock.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you via email together with your order confirmation. You can download it using the link provided in the confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased on pre-order are processed like regular orders but will be shipped at the later date specified on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped first at no extra shipping cost.
